Sleep bras are designed to increase your comfort
at night. They do not have back adjusters, as these
can be uncomfortable in bed. They are made from
soft fabrics and so do not give the full support
of a maternity or nursing bra.
There are two main reasons for buying a sleep bra.
1) Your breasts may leak during
the last few weeks of pregnancy or while you are
breastfeeding. Wearing a sleep bra allows you
to insert breast pads to absorb excess milk.
2) If you are not accustomed
to the additional weight of your breasts, you
may find you relax and sleep more comfortably
in a sleep bra.
