Congrats! You’re expecting. Your breasts might well have given you the first tell- tale signs that you are pregnant. Now what?

Expect your breasts to change far more quickly than your bump does. As they get bigger and heavier, they will need extra support as they have no muscles, just ligaments to hold them.

When to buy
There is no hard and fast rule. We suggest you buy a maternity bra as soon as your regular bras start to feel uncomfortable. Even if your regular bras feel fine for most of your pregnancy, avoid wearing underwire bras in your last trimester as they can cause milk ducts to become blocked.

What to look for
