Be vigilant when breastfeeding

A nursing mother has reported that a shoulder strap slider on her nursing bra broke, allowing the plastic part to drop down and, by chance, falling into her baby’s mouth. Luckily she was vigilant and took it out straight away. There is a 10,000,000 :1 chance of this ever happening but do be vigilant when breastfeeding.
